HISTORY

KMR was founded in 2004 by current members Timothy Dixon, Gabriel Moore, and Edwin Tatum while all three were active in college ministry at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches, Texas. What started as a way to communicate truth to peers in their local setting, evolved into a pipeline to reach their community. It is now emerging as a leading non-profit label geared toward providing engaging media to the public through the generous support of our fans and partners who believe in our vision.

MISSION, VISION, & VALUES

More than ever, people are being shaped by the distorted view of what the media portrays. From television shows to music and videos, we are constantly bombarded with idols in the form of money, material things, sex, and much more. We exist to combat the constant barrage of media that's leading many of us away from a genuine relationship with Christ everyday. We strive to study and develop an understanding of the culture in order to be on the cutting edge of change. Although we maintain a 'for profit' segment of our business through Kingdom Minded Records LLC, we have made a thoughtful decision to release our music, including our back catalogue, to the public for free as we desire to remove any barrier to reaching people online, at concerts, or in our day to day interaction. We will continue to sell our music and we encourage you to buy it if you are able to do so. We have implemented our Bandcamp sites for evangelism, but we encourage you to support the Red Ink Movement. With that being said, we face many challenges to growth and funding, but we believe our fans and partners will continue to help us meet the demands of our growing ministry.

MISSION

We are committed to creating media geared toward making disciples and developing leaders to engage the culture right in their respective neighborhoods and communities.

VISION

Through the platforms and talents given to us by God we strive to be committed to putting on incredible live concerts, events, and develop creative media to aide in making disciples. We endeavor to motivate leaders, build community, and inspire change and hope in the lives of others through our obstinate commitment to Christ.

In a time where compromise is running rampant, we are fully committed to leading with integrity. We are committed to transparency and accountability amongst ourselves as well as our personal growth and commitment to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

OUR  BRAND  [ RED INK ]

The Red Ink Army is a group of believers who strive to live out the Red Ink of the Gospel daily.

Our brand is built upon our commitment to excellence, quality, consistency, and commitment to the Lord and His work.

There are currently three facets to the Red Ink movement, which are Red Ink Poetry, Red Ink Army, and Red Ink TV. We definitely want people to buy into it and take ownership in the movement. Red Ink is unique enough to apply to a plethora of things. We must be passionate, brand conscious, and extremely committed to it in our everyday lives. If we focus and make every effort in our endeavors, I have no doubt that God will honor our labor and bless the work of our hands tremendously.

PERSONAL  GROWTH

When it's all said and done and we've went out and conquered territory in the name of the Lord, I want to look back and know that each step of the way, we were all committed to each others personal growth. Each family, each marriage, each minister of the Gospel that serves in this ministry should be thriving and contributing members to society; able to function beyond the stage, concert, outreach, fellowship, etc. We must be committed to the Lord through obedience and the joy in it. We must be committed to delighting ourselves in the Lord. We must be committed to the joy that comes in acknowledging the Glory of God; otherwise we are hypocrites. Stumbling about in half-hearted labor and role-play; we don't encourage any façade of Holy Living or perfection, but genuine Holiness and Salvation, through work and much struggle, and fear of the Lord. For this is our call, and our work; to enjoy God, His ways, His love, and labor.

Kingdom Minded Records, LLC   Represents More Than Music...its a movement dedicated to encourage others to not settle for being good in their respective fields. But to strive for greatness in the Lord Jesus. We are focused on fulfilling the Great Commission through helping make disciples and building and encouraging others to stand firm in the faith.
